Walking away pleased with your purchase is the mark we chase. Where it falls short, the notes below trace how sending it back and drawing your money returned works.
01 · The Window
The count opens the day it lands, and from there 30 days hold open for a return request. It hinges on the item staying unused, keeping its original packaging, and coming back in the shape it left in.
02 · How to Begin
Reach us through the contact page with your order number and the reason behind the return. A nod from us brings the word on how to ship it and where to send it.
Note: anything sent back without a word to us first can't be taken in.
03 · Damage
Run an eye over your order the day it lands. Faulty, damaged, or plainly the wrong thing draws a note to us at once, and we settle on something fair alongside you.
04 · Items Held Back
A short roster stays clear of returns: goods built to order or personalized, anything broken through misuse, anything parted from its original packaging, and anything marked final sale on the day of purchase.
05 · Return of Funds
Your parcel reaches us, we go through it, and word follows on a yes or a no. A yes sends the refund back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, though your bank or card issuer may draw that out before the money lands.
06 · A Swap
Quickest way through: send the first one back, wait on our word, then set down a separate order for what you'd sooner have.
07 · Return Postage
Return postage rests with the customer as a rule. Our own slip shifts that — a faulty item, or the wrong one heading out.
08 · Contact
Any question on returns or refunds goes through our contact page.
