The notes below run through the data we collect, what moves us to collect it, and the parties it reaches once you visit our store, order from us, or write in.
01 · Data We Collect
A visit to our store logs, all by itself, a few technical details about your device: your IP address, the browser in use, and the pages you open. These we set down as "Device Information".
An order, once placed or merely started, draws in a few more: your name, your billing and delivery address, your payment details, your email, and your phone number. These we set down as "Order Information".
02 · What Moves It
Order Information takes an order the whole way through — clearing payment, sending the parcel off, drafting invoices and confirmations, writing back to you, catching anything fraudulent, and forwarding word of our products and services.
03 · The Parties It Reaches
Serving those ends means placing your data with a slim list of outside providers. Shopify holds the store together underneath, and Google Analytics shows us how visitors travel the site.
04 · Cookies
Cookies and kindred tracking tools run across the site, trailing activity within the service and keeping certain data on hand. Your browser settings hold the say: shut out every cookie, or draw a notice whenever one loads.
05 · Your Rights
In Europe or California, you may ask to see the data we hold on you and ask us to correct, refresh, or clear it. The contact details below take that request forward.
06 · How Long It Stays
Order Information from a purchase holds on file as our record of the sale, until you ask us to clear it.
07 · Changes
This page takes a reworking now and again, as our practices move or as the rules we follow call for it.
08 · Contact
Any question or complaint on privacy goes to the address on our contact page.
